How to order music by David Wolff:

1) E-mail your order to Deer Grove Press.

2) Print out and submit an Order Form by mail.
Please include your street address (no PO boxes, please), telephone number, fax, and email address, as well as the work(s) you would like to purchase and the quantity.
When ordering music, Minnesota-based non-profit organizations should include their tax exempt number.

Orders may be upgraded to RUSH status for an additional $5.

Orders must be guaranteed with a Visa or Mastercard number, which can be charged or held until a check payment or money order is received.

Discounts and special prices are available for schools, colleges, and public libraries. Additional discounts apply with volume purchases.
